2690001226 Don't alter text of 'Other Views' tab in preferences dialog if streams, online, and device support are disabled - as there are still 2 views; folders and search.

d72c899dca - Remove GUI option to control saving of scaled covers. This is enabled by default, and can be toggled via the config file. 
- Dont re-load view when sort changes.

68cc3c2410 - Remove cover size setting, set automtically. 
- Artist images only shown in grid view.
- No images, or icons, shown in basic tree view.
