2d1a6e0261 Don't use transparent as view background colour when using image 
backgrounds. Causes issues with Kvantum's overlay scrollbars.

cb65db90c8 Playlists model ALWAYS needs to return a columnCount of 6. In TreeView, set a flag 'forceSingleColumn' when model is set, TreeView will hide all bar 1st column. 
This is better than resetting the proxy each time - as this messes up the column stretching.

9cc4138b2f When getting the selected indexes, we only actually care about column 0. In fact, only playqueue has more columns, and when acting on this its the row numbers that we care about - so this is safe enough.
