As of 1.2.0, Cantata for windows will no longer be shipped with TagLib support. This is due to the fact that it appears as if the tag editor, track organiser, http server, etc, don't actually work! As I dont actively use the windows version I have neither the time nor motivation to fix this. However, I will accept patches that rectify this...
