4a713c7ec9 Initial work on using SQL for MPD cache. Not 100% functional. Eventually 
will also use SQL for Jamendo and Magantune...

c0d3ac81db - Add control buttons for windows thumbnail toolbutton. 
- Add prev/play/pause/etc to OSX dock menu

68cc3c2410 - Remove cover size setting, set automtically. 
- Artist images only shown in grid view.
- No images, or icons, shown in basic tree view.
