9b5ca00680 Cleanup some settings. No longer offer to save lyrics, artist images, 
and backdrops in MPD folder, just save in cache dir. Move cover setting
into interface settings - in a new 'Covers' tab.

afe2e1d717 Don't alter text of 'Other Views' tab in preferences dialog if streams, online, and device support are disabled - as there are still 2 views; folders and search.
