Sanel Zukan d4ee21532a Prevented ede-screensaver-conf to crash when xscreensaver is not installed. 
Default desktop files will be installed during compilation time; if this was done during installation
time, files will be installed in superuser directory, which isn't the goal.

Fixed Jamfile to use correct path.

Sanel Zukan c7c8fc92ea Added ede-bell-conf, a tool to configure system bell (that annoying beep thing) 
Rest are changes so can nicely be compiled on freebsd

Sanel Zukan e49a071634 Let vrious DPMS and screensaver timeout be written. 
Corrected merging temporary file with our values with .xscreensaver one if exists, and
if not, re-create .xscreensaver again

Sanel Zukan 15421f6f9a Adding a bunch of stuff, including reading ~/.xscreensaver file, previewing hacks, 
sniffing hack/config dirs if ~/.xscreensaver was not found etc. Changed options will
be tried to be saved in user .xscreensaver file including merge of previous options and
this is not working as expected.
