Added ede-bell-conf, a tool to configure system bell (that annoying beep thing)
...
Rest are changes so can nicely be compiled on freebsd
Also, some changes are in coding style

Let vrious DPMS and screensaver timeout be written.

Corrected merging temporary file with our values with .xscreensaver one if exists, and
if not, re-create .xscreensaver again

Adding a bunch of stuff, including reading ~/.xscreensaver file, previewing hacks,
...
sniffing hack/config dirs if ~/.xscreensaver was not found etc. Changed options will
be tried to be saved in user .xscreensaver file including merge of previous options and
this is not working as expected.
