+ cleanup of color management
+ colors are now stored in palette controller
+ drawing controller has a dependency on palette controller
+ UPDATE COLOR events have been removed (they were used only for
synchronizing palette and drawing controller)

Dev environment:force indentation to 2 spaces. Added new grunt module, grunt-leading-indent to check space consistency, and modified jshint options to enforce 2 spaces

Left click colorpicker tool:
- Create PRIMARY/SECONDARY_COLOR_SELECTED/UPDATED events
- remove isPrimary arguments
