876dee6435 OpenBSD needs pthread.h 
Like Linux, OpenBSD also needs pthread.h (likely that all the BSDs do).

38c58f9f1b compiler: fix #1193 . Flag -c_options is now named -cflags. 
You can also pass -cflags '-Os -fno-inline-small-functions'
