521aa849bd Categorized view is reported to crash (#1530), so disable by default. Pass -DENABLE_CATEGORIZED_VIEW=ON to cmake to re-enable.

a05d81fb03 When adding a stream to the play queue, encode name using #StreamName:name and not just #name - as MPD 0.22 uses this for #icy-metadata

1df56cf767 - When matching wildcard genres, look case-insensitively for smart playlists. 
- When matching wildcard genres, if no matches found then use a fake dummy genre so that no tracks will match rules.
