craig.p.drummond 19f0b642f6 Enable MPD HTTP stream playback using QtMultiMedia for Qt5 builds. Thanks to Marcel Bosling for the patch. Disabled by default, to enable pass -DENABLE_HTTP_STREAM_PLAYBACK=ON to cmake.
