1. Clone Flipper Zero firmware.

git clone --depth 1 --branch 0.82.3 https://github.com/flipperdevices/flipperzero-firmware.git

2. Copy this repo to firmware sources directory.

cd /path/to/flipperzero-firmware
ln -s /path/to/cyr_fap .

3. Build application

./fbt fap_cyr_example
